The kitchen at 20 Stories is proudly run by Liverpool-born Head Chef Brian Hughson.
Brian has more than 25 years of culinary experience. Starting his career in May 1998, his expertise and knowledge have taken him on a whirlwind journey leading to working in world renowned and recognised venues across London, Dubai and Manchester.
Brian’s first steps in the kitchens of Manchester began shortly after the opening of Mash and Air in 1997 and, thereafter, he quickly worked his way up through some prestigious establishments.
Deepening his knowledge further, Brian Hughson’s culinary repertoire flourished as he took to private functions, even catering for Her Majesty The Queen and The Prince of Wales.
Classically trained, Brian has promised that his style at 20 Stories is very much about “Good honest food”.
