Aiden Byrne joins us at as Executive Chef at our brand new 20 Stories Restaurant, Bar & Grill.
In 2002, Aiden earned a Michelin star, at that time the youngest ever chef to achieve this. He has worked at a number of Michelin-starred establishments. Danesfield House and Spa, the Oak Room and the Orangery.
Aiden opened a new restaurant in Manchester in 2013, Manchester House which cost around £3 million to create and was featured in a three part BBC two series, Restaurant Wars: The Battle for Manchester.
He owns a pub in Lymm, called The Church Green and each year he elects a charity for his restaurants to support.
Billed as ‘Manchester’s highest restaurant’, 20 Stories is the height of glamorous entertaining and fine dining, with a menu created by Aiden.
Aiden has created a menu that also showcases the best of the Northwest with an aim to source ingredients no more than 50 miles from outside Manchester. The brasserie serves more casual dishes from the grill, while the bar serves cocktails, craft beer and an extensive wine list.
