Starting as an assistant Restaurant Manager at South Place Hotel, he excelled in staff development, restaurant planning, and customer service. His hard work led to roles as Restaurant Manager at Quaglino’s, Deputy General Manager at 100 Wardour St, and General Manager at Issho in Leeds. Currently, William oversees operations at 20 Stories, driving its success with his strategic vision and operational expertise.
