Meet Daniel Scott, our Executive Chef here at 20 Stories. Daniel is a seasoned and Michelin-trained chef with a career that spans over 24 years. He has always worked closely with many producers, farmers and fishermen around the UK & Ireland to source some of the finest quality and most ethically sourced produce available in the world.

Daniel’s previous two roles have been integral in two of Manchester’s highest profile establishments and our kitchen team, led by his expertise, will inject a fresh experience with new bespoke menus set to enhance the city’s restaurant scene.
