These terms and conditions govern the use of danddlondon.com and its subsidiary sites. Please read them carefully. We may occasionally amend these terms and conditions; changes will be posted on the danddlondon.com site.
Bookings and Policies
You can book a table of up to 9 guests by using our reservation widget. For bookings for 10+ click here.
All dining reservations will be allocated inside our restaurant and will dine from our A La Carte Menu. We expect each guest to order one main course at minimum.
During busier service, tables can only be held for up to 15 minutes so please ensure you arrive on time for your booking.
Our table bookings are for diners only. For drinks only, please join us at your leisure on a walk-in basis. If you change your mind, please let us know in advance, so we can relocate. Otherwise, a cover charge of £15pp will be added to your bill.
We request card details to secure all bookings and charge a no-show fee of £25 per person should you not turn up on the day. Should you need to cancel your reservation to avoid charges, please allow more than 24 hours’ notice, any time after this, the charge will occur. Please note a member of our team will never contact you to ask for card payments over the phone.
All late cancellations must be received in writing at info@20stories.co.uk
Please note we may need the table back after 1.5 hours
20 Stories may cancel a booking without any liability being incurred whatsoever if 20 Stories is closed down due to exclusive hires, events or circumstances beyond our control such as but not limited to fire, staff dispute, lock out or by order of public authority or any circumstances outside the control of 20 Stories.
Valid ID will be required on entrance should you appear to be under 25.
In line with police recommendations, larger groups of males are often refused – if intoxicated or deemed a security risk.
Final decision on entrance to the venue will be at the discretion of the Security Manager – any groups intoxicated or deemed a security risk will be denied entry.

Drinks & Outdoor reservations
We only accept walk-ins for drinks for small parties up to 6 guests. If you wish to book for drinks for a larger party, please click here.
As all drinks bookings will be allocated in our outdoor area, please be advised your booking is subject to weather conditions where we may not be able to guarantee your table in case of rain.

Dress Code
Our dress code is smart casual, we encourage dress to impress. To avoid disappointment we advise against sportswear, tracksuits, sports trainers, caps and flip flops. Please note that entry to the venue is at managers discretion.
20 Stories favours a glamorous dress code. We do not allow large logo T-Shirts, sportswear or track suits. Entry to the venue is entirely at the management’s discretion
