Situated on the 19th floor of No.1 Spinningfields, 20 Stories is composed of a glamourous restaurant, relaxed grill, lively bar and expansive rooftop terrace with unparallelled 360-degree views of the Manchester skyline.
Headed up by Chef Director Aiden Byrne, 20 Stories will serve Modern British menus that celebrate local produce, with fresh vegetables coming direct from the restaurants own farm in Cheshire and meat sourced from small suppliers throughout Lancashire, Cheshire and Yorkshire.
Located between the restaurant and grill sits a striking bar, with a second taking pride of place on the large rooftop terrace. For 20 Stories, Bar Manager Stuart McLachlan has created a cocktail list that pays homage to the vast array of cultures that make Manchester the diverse city it is today, whilst also being inspired by nature and sitting perfectly alongside Aiden’s seasonal British menus.
