Aiden Byrne joins us at as Executive Chef. In 2002, Aiden earned a Michelin star, at that time the youngest ever chef to achieve this. He has worked at a number of Michelin-starred establishments. Danesfield House and Spa, the Oak Room and the Orangery.
Aiden has created a menu that also showcases the best of the Northwest with an aim to source ingredients no more than 50 miles from outside Manchester. The brasserie serves more casual dishes from the grill, while the bar serves cocktails, craft beer and an extensive wine list.
