Accessible Access

Our restaurant is accessible with lift access available to all guest areas. Stair access is available, and a member of staff will be happy to assist. If you require any additional assistance during your visit, please contact our team in advance and we will be happy to help.

Door charge policy

A door charge will apply from Saturday 23rd May until Monday 31st August (Bank Holiday) from 5pm onwards.

Do I have to book for the terrace?

No, we accept walk-ins only if it’s up to 5 people.

Do you allow cash payment?

No, we only take card payment.

Is the venue dog-friendly?

Yes, our venue is dog-friendly. We just ask for a few simple guidelines to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone:

 

Dogs should remain calm, with no excessive barking or noise

Dogs must stay on the floor at all times

No feeding from the table (chews are permitted)

Dogs are not allowed in kitchen areas

Is there a cancellation policy?

If cancelling less than 24 hours, there is a charge of £25pp for 2 or more people Tuesday to Saturday.

Is there an age restriction?

Children are allowed in the main dining area at any time but will have to leave the bar area by 6pm.

 

Do you have a dress code?

No dress code. As our guest, you may dress however feels appropriate for the occasion.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes, we strive to cater to all allergies. Please inform your server during your visit so we can assist you further.
