Steven our Meat Ambasador offers a completely unique experience at 20 Stories. Providing the customer with a complete over view of our the meats journey from field to fork.
Steven grew up in the Trossachs in Scotland and has been around agriculture and farming his whole life working on his friends sheep farm during the summer.
Steven trained to be a butcher in the award winning The Butchers Quarter in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. He then further developed his butchery skills and knowledge as part of the butcher team in The Hollies Farm Shop in Cheshire.
Steven’s passion for top quality British produce will be apparent as he explains the journey the specially selected Rae Bread beef has been on and how his traditional additional butchery skills have elevated an already fantastic product that he has Dry Aged and butchered here on site.
